Brief: Redesign the Grade II listed upper floor of a delapidated domestic abode into a multi use space that includes a private dining room and a lounge area for hotel residents that can be used as an overflow dinning room. 

Design a service kitchen, stairwell,  ladies and gents toilets on adjoining floor to service the area. Knocking through into neighbouring hotel to create a corridor for guests and dinners.
